Legal efforts begin with our In House Attorney who contacts the debtor by phone and sends written correspondence. Prior to recommending suit a synopsis is provided to our client which includes Suits, Judgments, Tax Liens and UCC-1’s.

Through our many years of service we have developed a worldwide network of attorneys who are bonded and are members of the Commercial Law League of America. With the support of our in-house legal correspondents, we are able to monitor these attorneys to ensure the best possible service is being provided for our clients. In most cases our attorneys work strictly on a contingency basis.
